Injection Molding
Injection molding is a processing method used for mass production of custom plastic parts and it’s especially useful for certain complex shaped parts. The specific principle is that the heated and melted plastic raw material is injected into the cavity of the metal mold by the injection molding machine screw at high pressure, and after cooling and curing, the plastic formed product is obtained.

ABS
It is lightweight and shows flexible functions under different conditions. The high temperature molding makes it shiny and heat resistant; while low temperature makes it strong and impact resistant. Abs is mainly used for drainage pipes, small kitchen appliances, auto parts.
Polyamide (PA / nylon)
PA is very strong,and it is also very resistant to impact, wear and tear. It is commonly used for everything from auto parts, industrial components to medical equipment, and sports equipment.
Polycarbonate (PC)
It is transparent and very shock-resistant, so it is valuable for DVD, eyeglass lenses, cell phone facing covers, car dashboards, medical devices, and protective partitions.
High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS)
It is tough plastic, easy to inject and fabricate. This is an inexpensive option for applications that require rigidity and dimensional strength. And it’s often used for display surfaces and interior signs.
Polypropylene (PP)
PP is very tough, resistant to heat, impacts, shock, harsh chemicals. And it’s a good choice for food-safe plastic tablewares.
